Chia Seed Pudding Recipe

This is an easy recipe filled with healthy ingredients. Create several batches and put it in the fridge for snacking through the week.

In a pint jar add the following ingredients:
2 Tablespoons Chia seeds
1 Cups milk (substitute with almond, coconut or soy if desired)
1/2 Cup Greek yogurt
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 Tablespoon maple syrup
berries, whichever you like

After adding all the ingredients into your jar.  Add lid onto jar and shake gently. Place in refrigerator overnight.
