Maple Frosting Recipe

Maple Frosting


3 Cups powdered sugar
1/3 Cup butter, softened at room temperature
3 Tablespoons milk
1/3 Cup maple syrup or 1 teaspoon maple extract
pinch of salt

In mixer, blend powdered sugar and butter together. Add milk, syrup and salt. Blend until smooth. If using maple extract you may need to add a few more tablespoons of milk to get the right consistency.

Try maple frosting on cupcakes, homemade doughnuts, cakes.
