Tuna Avocado Boats

1 can of tuna
2-3 Tablespoons mayonnaise

Prepare your tuna salad by mixing drained tuna and mayonnaise together until well combined.

Cut avocados in half and gently scoop out the flesh with the spoon trying to keep the half in tact. Using a knife, gently insert the blade of the knife into the pit of the avocado and twist the pit out.

Drizzle with lemon juice. Scoop tuna salad into a avocado half. Add toppings of your choice such as chopped onions, sliced cherry tomatoes, chopped celery, chopped pickles or whatever you'd like.

Serve immediately.
