Walnut Crusted Chicken and Caper Pasta

1 cup crushed walnuts
2 cups bread crumbs
1 pound chicken breast
4 egg whites
7 Tablespoons cream
1 clove crushed garlic
5 Tablespoons shredded mozzarella
1 box angel hair pasta
3 Tablespoons capers, optional

1. Mix walnuts and bread crumbs in a bowl
2. Mix egg whites and 2 Tablespoons cream with a whisk
3. Trim fat off chicken
4. Move chicken to breadcrumbs and coat.
5. Put chicken on a greased pan and bake at 350 for one hour
6. Mix remaining cream, garlic, and cheese in a pan until cheese is melted and the mixture thickens
7. Cook pasta
8. Remove chicken and cut into small pieces
9. Add chicken pasta, and capers to the cream sauce and mix for 8-10 minutes
10. Enjoy! (add basil as a topping for extra flavors!)
